Data Management Leadership Position

This position oversees data management initiatives and process improvements within the organization. As the Lead, you will report to the Manager and work closely with various stakeholders to elevate data service processes.
You will engage stakeholders to reach consensus on mature processes, develop associated tools and knowledge assets, and collaborate with other teams to integrate and align data services processes.
The role involves supporting business planning efforts, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy.
Key qualifications include a comprehensive understanding of data governance principles, experience in data risk and controls, metadata management, and compliance.
Additionally, you should have strong facilitation skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of initiative to work independently.
