About the Role

This is a leadership position in data and analytics that requires hands-on involvement in driving strategic direction, validating hypotheses, reviewing analytical models, and designing frameworks to approach problems and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial instincts, relevant experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, and excellent communication skills to translate complex analysis into clear narratives.

The role involves collaboration with department leaders who expect decisions to be backed by evidence rather than opinion. The team is already established, and the focus will be on elevating how we use data to answer increasingly complex questions as the organization grows.
