Senior Investment Services Manager

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a high-performing team responsible for delivering investment services.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving efficient delivery from vendor platforms, supporting the investment business with its continuous transformation and investment governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the supplier code of conduct for all investment service providers
- Determine service levels for all service providers ensuring compliance
- Manage licenses and commercial agreements
- Develop efficient onboarding and offboarding processes
- Co-ordinate new market data and service requests
- Implement a control and governance framework for all suppliers
- Engage with technology business owners, investment teams, and service provider communities
About You
We are looking for a candidate with relevant tertiary or technical qualifications in information management, finance, or related fields.
Strong commercial business acumen with service provider management background and experience leading and managing high operations and service provider teams within the investment functional domain.
Excellent stakeholder communication, engagement, and influencing skills ranging from C-suite to analyst positions.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
