Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the industrial automation sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industrial market and be able to capitalize on sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic business plans and introduce sales initiatives that address market issues and opportunities.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with key personnel to foster trust and influence opportunities.
  • Maximize sales effectiveness through lead generation and communication of market segment information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling orders, complaints, and requests for information and data concerning market segments, products, capabilities, availability, and prices.
  • Gather knowledge of users and distribution personnel to preserve existing business and enhance the introduction of new products.
  • Solve complex problems and offer innovative solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required – Mechanical Engineering preferred.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as relevant experience in the industrial market selling to industrial OEMs.
