About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional IT Support Specialist to join our team at First Focus, a leading Managed Service Provider. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with servers, desktops, applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with our solutions experts to maintain best practice environments and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work on occasional projects to deploy solutions for clients and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
  • Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange.
  • Genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking.
  • An understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to understand clients' needs and provide effective solutions.
