We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Project Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting our project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project meetings, communications, and documentation.
  • Ensure effective project communication and stakeholder management.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a project support or project coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, are a plus.
