**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage a remote caseload of customers,
- Conduct virtual appointments with customers;
- Increase job readiness of customers and refer to external services
- Assess customer job search efforts; and
- Match customers to suitable vacancies and market them to employers in their local area

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with those in need, and the ability to meet individual targets while contributing positively to the team.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

- A passion and drive for helping people find employment;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of customers, employers and staff;
- Ability to assess, match and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities and advocate directly to employers;
- Ability to achieve individual targets and work towards clearly defined KPIs;
- A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM;
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, data entry and typing skills, Word, Excel and Outlook experience;
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, as well as being flexible to adjust to changing business priorities; and
- You will also be required to have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development, or a willingness to undertake one, and experience in the Employment Services industry, with Workforce Australia experience being desirable.
