About the Role

Pembroke School seeks an experienced student-centred professional to strengthen whole-school wellbeing from early learning to year 12.

As a key member of our pastoral care and Student Wellbeing team, you will provide evidence-based assessment, counselling and consultation, and help shape proactive, preventative wellbeing initiatives across the School. You'll work closely with leaders, teachers, families and external providers to support students' mental health, learning and safety.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, administer and report on psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, counselling and consultation for students (early learning - 12).
  • Provide concise executive summaries to inform classroom practice and individual learning plans.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to plan support.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential case notes and records in school systems.
  • Support critical incident responses and contribute to preventative wellbeing programs.
