This leadership role involves overseeing the operation and management of the assigned Mobile Maintenance team.

You'll be responsible for developing the team's capabilities to achieve business objectives and lasting improvements.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing safety and technical guidance to your team, ensuring safety is always first and work is completed to a high-quality standard.
  • Conducting regular leader time in the field to develop a safe and efficient work culture.
  • Prioritizing Mobile Maintenance activities, coordinating parts and labor to achieve both planned and unplanned work in accordance with statutory and environmental requirements.
  • Driving continuous improvement with a focus on cost savings, productivity improvements, and risk management.
  • Optimizing crew performance through coordination, coaching, and feedback.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A commitment to continuous improvement, particularly regarding Health, Safety, and the Environment.
  • Well-developed communication skills enabling interaction with all levels of the organization.
  • Confidence in leading, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Relevant trade qualification and/or experience in Mobile Equipment Maintenance.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a leadership position with proven experience operating in a field leadership role.
  • A current and valid 'C Class' manual driver's license.
