Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, safety, and leadership, with the ability to develop and manage a team to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe execution of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks, prioritizing activities to achieve both statutory and environmental requirements.

You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, focusing on cost savings, productivity improvements, and risk management.

About the Role

  • Safety Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to your team, ensuring a safe and efficient work culture.
  • Operational Management: Prioritize mobile maintenance activities, coordinating parts and labor to achieve planned and unplanned work.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements through cost savings, productivity gains, and risk management.
  • Crew Performance: Optimize crew performance through coaching and feedback.

Requirements

  • A commitment to continuous improvement, especially regarding Health, Safety, and the Environment.
  • Well-developed communication skills enabling you to interact well with all levels of the organization.
  • Confidence in leading, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Relevant trade qualification and/or experience in a Mobile Equipment Maintenance.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership position with proven experience operating in a field leadership role, preferably with in-depth knowledge of large-scale earthmoving equipment maintenance.
  • Holding or being willing to complete Schedule 26 - Statutory Supervisor accreditation. We will provide support in obtaining accreditation.
  • A current and valid 'C Class' manual driver's license.
