About the Role

We seek a safety-focused Mobile Maintenance Supervisor with a passion for people to lead our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe execution of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.

This leadership role involves operating on a 5 panel - 12 hour shift roster. As a shift position, we aim to balance work and personal lives. This role is eligible for 5 weeks of annual leave per year.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing the assigned Mobile Maintenance team. Key challenges include developing team capabilities to achieve business objectives and lasting improvements.

Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing safety and technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to your team, ensuring their strengths are utilized to guarantee safety and high-quality work.
  • Conducting daily work area inspections and regular leader time in the field to develop a safe and efficient work culture.
  • Prioritizing Mobile Maintenance activities, including coordinating parts and labor to achieve both planned and unplanned work according to statutory and environmental requirements.
  • Driving continuous improvement with a focus on cost savings, productivity improvements, and risk management.
  • Optimizing crew performance through coordination, coaching, and feedback.
