Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Mobile Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe execution of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for people and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to motivate and develop their team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and productivity improvements

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualification and/or experience in a Mobile Equipment Maintenance
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership position with proven experience operating in a field leadership role
  • Schedule 26 - Statutory Supervisor accreditation

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Trade qualification and/or experience in a Mobile Equipment Maintenance
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What You Can Bring to the Role

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Schedule 26 - Statutory Supervisor accreditation)
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Strong understanding of mobile equipment maintenance principles and practices
