Overview

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs.
- Plan and implement effective care plans to meet patient requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Document patient information accurately and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in haematology nursing.
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions during periods of high demand.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
