Job Opportunity:

Advanced Care Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Care Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in our dynamic multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, patient-centred care in collaboration with patients, families and carers.
  • Provide care within a calm, consistent and rewarding clinical environment on permanent night shift.
  • Work within Endoscopy and Cardiac Cath Lab unit in a primarily low-acuity inpatient population.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support growth, development and professional satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Available for permanent night shift.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, professional and ethical with strong patient-centred focus.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
