This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future growth of MCU Labour Hire, working closely with the Managing Director to implement sales strategies and drive business success.
About the Role
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our footprint, with a primary focus on container unloading services.
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients within warehousing, logistics, and supply chain industries.
- Manage client onboarding and account retention to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to align growth initiatives with company objectives, particularly in expanding container unloading operations.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimise strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, OR 2+ years of experience in business development.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
