About the Job

  • Expand our client base across multiple states, with a strong focus on container unloading services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in container unloading services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Drive MCU Labour Hire's expansion into new markets, including interstate growth for container unloading operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our footprint, with a primary focus on container unloading services.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new clients within warehousing, logistics, and supply chain industries.
  • Manage client onboarding and account retention to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to align growth initiatives with company objectives, particularly in expanding container unloading operations.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimise strategies.
