Insurance Growth Strategist

The role of Associate Director is a pivotal position in driving the growth of our client's insurance division. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in launching and developing the business, focusing on new business acquisition and relationship management.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to build a client-centric, sustainable business from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve business growth objectives, conducting thorough market research to understand client needs and industry risks, and representing the brand to ensure excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business opportunities and establish a book of clients from scratch, with potential for business ownership and equity
- Develop a strong market presence, representing our client professionally and personably to grow and retain a high-quality client portfolio
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth objectives, leveraging your expertise in insurance solutions and relationship management
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 5 years of broking experience
- Tier 1 Broking or Diploma Qualification
- Strong technical knowledge of all lines of insurance
- Exceptional sales skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Adaptable, focussed, and self-disciplined, with strong interpersonal skills
