Evaluation and Learning Specialist


About the Role:

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring our organisation effectively communicates its impact and strengthens its ability to drive systems change.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for embedding reflective practice across the organisation, translating insights into strategy, and supporting evidence-informed decision-making.

This work will help us amplify local voices, build sector capability, and demonstrate the value of place-based approaches.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and facilitate reflection sessions, learning circles, and reviews that transform experiences and feedback into actionable insights.
  • Lead organisational learning processes to explore critical questions about our effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create data visualisations and automated reports that bring our impact to life, showing how our work connects communities with government and builds sector capability.
  • Coordinate data collection activities and create simple tools that make it easy for colleagues to participate in evaluation processes.
  • Nurture positive relationships with our diverse network of stakeholders, including community members, partners, funders, creatives, and suppliers.
