As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will drive and embed market leading learning and development initiatives which support how IAG develop our workforce. You will work effectively within the team and be able to pivot quickly when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver training and learning content
- Provide expert advice on best practice learning and development
- Work collaboratively within the Insurance Capability team to ensure that our collective efforts deliver high quality learning experiences on time, within budget and resource
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning design, and drive continuous improvement in the delivery and embedment of all relevant learning activities
- Review training data to identify trends in outcomes and to identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify and deliver ways in which learning experiences can be continuously improved
- Ensure that competence assessments meet relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g NZQA, FMA)

**Skills & Experience**:

- Industry and/or field experience e.g. Insurance, Financial Service, Customer Service
- Experience in adult education and facilitation
- Demonstrated skill and knowledge across a range of strategic learning methodologies to innovatively improve learning solutions in large organisations.
