Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the digital payments experience for our CommBank App and NetBank. As a key member of our Customer Engagement & Digital team, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap and delivering digital payment experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap for digital payments, ensuring alignment with the business technology strategy and future vision.
- Lead the delivery of digital payment experiences, inspiring your team from ideation to execution and beyond.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and customer needs, and translate these into product requirements.
- Manage the prioritization of product backlog items, ensuring that business and customer outcomes are delivered.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and business units to ensure successful delivery of product roadmap.
- Lead the squad day-to-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities, and maintain a healthy prioritized backlog.
- Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritization is understood and agreed to.
- Measure experience initiatives using data and insights to inform optimization and future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Product Owner with a clear knowledge of payments and experience leading the delivery of digital payments experiences.
- Experience designing and executing digital experiences to deliver business and customer value.
- Deeply passionate and curious about the ways our customers interact with our different channels, and champion the voice of our customers at every possible chance.
- Proven experience in influencing work and priorities through stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading teams.
- Experience with Agile methodology, working within an Agile Matrix would be ideal.
