Strategic Human Resources Leader

The role of the Strategic Human Resources Leader will be to provide comprehensive support to the business on all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and general HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee human resources operations, encompassing workforce management, return to work, onboarding, inductions, and policy development
  • Manage payroll processing and authorise timesheets and input hours into the HR information system while finance processes payroll
  • Partner closely with senior leadership during a period of transition
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in payroll processing and human resources functions within Australia
  • A strong understanding of Australian workplace laws and award agreements
  • Proficiency in payroll and human resources software systems
  • Experience working as an HR Business Partner level minimum 2 years
