We are seeking a driven and technically savvy professional to lead event production sales across Western Australia.

This high-impact sales role involves proactively prospecting and securing new event business, managing the full sales cycle, designing event production solutions, collaborating with technical teams, and achieving sales targets and pipeline KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and secure new event business across corporate, government, and association sectors
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial enquiry through proposal, pitch, and contract close
  • Design event production solutions aligned to client needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and pipeline KPIs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in event sales, production, or AV solutions
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of winning new business
  • Solid technical understanding of AV, staging, and event production
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
