The Role:
- You will develop expertise to become a qualified Valuer and upon completion of the program may be successful in obtaining Associate membership with a reputable industry association.
About Your Qualifications and Skills:
- You will possess drive, motivation, and ability to self-reflect with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- You will have strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- You will be able to achieve results through efficient use of resources and a commitment to quality outcomes.
- You will be able to make decisions within delegations on valuation matters.
- You will deliver on outcomes that are transparent, objective, on time, and in accordance with relevant requirements.
The 24-month program will see graduates experience up to four work rotations of up to six months each with different teams to give them a wide breadth of training and learning experiences.
