**Job Description:**

  • Possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting switches and routers in a production environment.
  • Have basic to intermediate skills in troubleshooting voice systems – Mitel 3300 CX Controller, Mi voice Business Virtual for Enterprise, T1/E1 Combo MMC (PRI).
  • At least three years of experience in supporting F5 LTM Load balancers.
  • Sound knowledge on DWDM and disaster recovery activities.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think logically through problems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in network administration, information technology, or computer science.
  • Experience supporting technical enterprise solutions.
  • Previous experience in IT, security, or systems support, or network administrator positions preferred.
  • Must hold network certification – CCNA/CCNP – Routing/Switching.
