Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Road Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in the South East Queensland Region in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of long-term civil construction projects and work with a collaborative contracting environment.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering road infrastructure projects and civil works projects. They will also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the civil construction industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading teams of engineers, supervisors, and operators to deliver road infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Developing and implementing effective project management plans to minimize risks and maximize outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the civil construction industry, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of TMR project requirements and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
