Senior Infrastructure Planning Specialist

At BMD Empower, we are seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Planning Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and documentation solutions to clients across various urban development, residential subdivision, and infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in road design, as well as the ability to coordinate with external consultants and produce engineering estimates.
About the Role- Scope, create, and review completed designs and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Promote client satisfaction by providing innovative Engineering solutions tailored to their project requirements.
- Cultivate effective relationships with external consultants (Surveyors, Hydraulic Engineers) to incorporate required engineering inputs into designs.
- Produce detailed engineering and cost estimates for clients.
- Conduct internal audits of the company's business management system to identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate experience in designing urban development, residential subdivision, and infrastructure projects.
- Highlight proficiency in road design as an essential skill.
- Possess formal qualifications in Engineering.
- Hold a TMD (Traffic Management Design) qualification.
- Showcase strong design capabilities.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
