**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Communication Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals with diverse needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide individualized communication therapy sessions to clients of varying ages and abilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and goals

• Stay up-to-date with best practices in communication therapy and participate in ongoing professional development

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client outcomes

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Registration as a Speech Pathologist with AHPRA/ SPA/ ESSA or eligibility to register upon graduation

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
