About the Role

HealthcareLink Support is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing holistic support to clients with complex needs and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based frameworks to deliver individualized support plans
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff members
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology with current certification
  • Experience working in the disability sector, particularly with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
