About the JobWe are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals and their families to develop personalized plans that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is AU$86,400 per annum, including superannuation. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including travel reimbursement, professional development opportunities, and access to salary packaging.
Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist with Ability Action Australia, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized plans to address physical, emotional, and social needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support
- Providing education and training to individuals and their families on strategies for independence and self-management
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with disability
