About the Role

The Occupational Therapist provides high-quality services for Aboriginal children, youth, and families to optimize their child's development. The position supports children and youth living with disabilities, particularly neurodevelopmental disabilities, including Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver culturally-responsive occupational therapy services to clients.
  • Assess and develop therapeutic plans to support client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
What We Offer

As an Occupational Therapist with Central Australian Aboriginal Congress, you will enjoy a competitive salary package, including:

  • Base Salary: $100,210 - $112,222 per annum.
  • Total Effective Package: $122,462 - $135,978 per annum.*
  • Six weeks' annual leave.
  • Generous salary packaging options.
  • A strong commitment to professional development.
  • Up to $7,500 relocation assistance (conditions apply).

*Total effective package includes base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options.

Location and Work Environment

This role is primarily based in Alice Springs, with occasional remote travel required.
