Senior Quality Assurance and Training Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing quality systems and processes to drive business excellence.
- Coordinating training programs and activities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, including Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
- Collaborating with managers, clinical leaders and staff to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of aged care and NDIS regulatory frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in training coordination, quality assurance or governance within aged care, disability or health services.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders and drive results.
