Junior Engineer Position

We are seeking talented and innovative individuals to join our team in Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct technical project works including design, review of drawings, specifications, estimates, and reports.
  2. Perform civil and water engineering design calculations, hydrology, and hydraulics calculations.
  3. Carry out various civil design tasks related to roads, drainage, dams, stormwater, mining, development, flood studies, and geotechnical engineering.
  4. Analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure cutting-edge engineering solutions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  7. Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  8. Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Hold relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Experience working within a team is highly desired.
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Be an innovative thinker and problem-solver.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Develop excellent rapport with colleagues and demonstrate a desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
