About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join our team and drive outcomes with a loyal client base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead complex urban infrastructure projects involving roads, stormwater, water/sewer, earthworks & WSUD;">
  • Act as the technical go-to on infrastructure projects;">
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing civil team;">
  • Engage in bid/fee proposals and progress towards Associate/Principal roles.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • RPEQ (or near) with 6-12 years of experience in land development/urban infrastructure;">
  • Proficiency in 12d or Civil 3D, plus MUSIC/DRAINS; HEC-RAS is a bonus;">
  • Strong authority liaison and OPW approvals experience;">
  • Confident client communication and a track record delivering complex projects.">
