Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to take on key responsibilities in the development of large-scale residential subdivisions.

  • Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and equipment, including subcontractors
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procure and allocate necessary project resources
  • Track costs and report to Project Manager
  • Ensure Quality Assurance documentation is maintained
  • Administer contracts, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, and claims
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must possess strong technical skills and experience in civil engineering, with excellent communication and leadership abilities. A degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required, along with relevant work experience and professional certifications.
