We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our properties and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in managing maintenance schedules, conducting risk assessments, and implementing plans to achieve commercial targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including coordination with contractors and vendors;">
  • Conducting regular site visits to identify areas of risk and opportunity;">
  • Developing and implementing plans to achieve commercial targets and optimize lifecycle costs of facilities and/or assets;">
  • Supporting the delivery of strategic and asset planning initiatives;">
  • Monitoring and directing contractor performance, ensuring that all contracts are executed to budget and scope.">
