About the RoleThe selected candidate will oversee daily operations, managing properties on behalf of the government. This involves identifying risk areas and opportunities related to maintenance and capital works, developing strategic plans to optimize lifecycle costs, and ensure alignment with commercial targets.
- Develop and implement asset business plans, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage maintenance and small project work, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, including suppliers and consultants.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform asset maintenance plans and schedules.
- Oversee reactive maintenance, breakdowns, and preventative maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
