The role of the Property and Asset Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day management of properties on behalf of the South Australian Government. This position requires a strong focus on identifying areas of risk and opportunity, developing plans to achieve commercial targets, and optimizing lifecycle costs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance and capital works strategies to minimize risks and maximize returns.
- Support the delivery of strategic asset planning initiatives and contribute to the development of Asset Business Plans.
- Analyze call-outs, reactive maintenance, and other requests to inform asset maintenance plans and preventative maintenance schedules.
