Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead port planning and technical design for various maritime engineering projects. You will also provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, offer responsive maritime technical advice to clients, and represent Arup in internal and external meetings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in port planning, maritime structures design/assessment, and coastal engineering;
  • Chartered status with Engineers Australia or equivalent;
  • Proven ability to foster strong client relationships and promote a collaborative team environment;
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary project teams and developing junior talent;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
