SAP BO Admin Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Objects (BO) administrator to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As an SAP BO admin, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the SAP BO platform for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the SAP BO platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Configure and troubleshoot SAP BO components, including installation, patching, and upgrading.
  • Manage user security and access controls, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of SAP BO servers and services, identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies to improve SAP BO platform efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide support to end users.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP BO admin.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Business Objects platform and its components.
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SAP BO platform.
  • Expertise in managing user security and access controls in SAP BO.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP BO platform.
  • Ability to monitor and maintain the health of SAP BO servers and services.
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery processes for SAP BO environment.
  • Experience in patching and upgrading SAP BO software.
  • Good understanding of SAP BO reporting and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
