About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Operations Engineer to join our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team at CommBank. As a key member of our Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions and consulting services to ensure the security and integrity of our PAM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult and offer hands-on deep technical solutions across PAM and Cyber Ark implementations, patterns, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to Privileged Access Management.
  • Proactively monitor the platform's systems and related infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot incidents related to the platform and related systems.
  • Mentor and train other IT professionals on the use and administration of the Cyber Ark platform and related systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
  • Oversee and review configurations that are being deployed into the platform leveraging automation with a focus on operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Cyber Ark.
  • Ability to articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points.
  • Passion for automation, orchestration, and leaving nothing to be manual.
  • Cyber Ark accreditation and/or certifications.
  • Proficient working in an Agile, high-paced operations team.
  • Experience with ITIL methodologies including incident, request, problem, and change management.
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux/Unix Server Administration experience.
Desirable
  • Understanding of scripting languages such as Powershell and Python.
  • Experience in AWS Cloud technology and entitlement management.
  • Previous expertise in developing automation tooling such as Octopus, Team City, and Github.
