About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cyber Security Operations Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Security Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality managed security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the delivery of managed security services to clients.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' systems and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies to ensure our services remain effective and relevant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a team of engineers in a managed security services environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security technologies and threats.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ITIL certification is desirable.
