Transport Team Lead Wanted

Our client is a family-owned business that prides itself on delivering exceptional freight distribution and warehousing services across QLD, NSW, and VIC. They are leaders in the industry.

**Job Overview**

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a transport team during afternoon shifts. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of freight, securing loads according to company standards, and assisting with ad hoc operational duties.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

  • Ensuring safe and timely delivery of freight in accordance with company requirements
  • Securing loads before vehicles depart the depot
  • Assisting with ad hoc operational duties
  • Conducting regular safety and vehicle checks

**Requirements**

For this role, we require someone with strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the Transport & Logistics industry. A current Forklift Licence is also necessary.

**Benefits**

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, as well as the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry.

**Schedule and Work Location**

The role requires working an afternoon shift and being based in person at our location.
