Transform the womenswear business by driving innovation and creativity as a Senior Category Manager. You will lead the development of all products in your portfolio, collaborating closely with the Head of Clothing to design and deliver a strong business strategy.

About the Role
  • Conceive and develop commercial product lines that drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with suppliers to negotiate range builds and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain brand competitiveness through efficient inventory management and supplier performance monitoring.
Your Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the Clothing Profit & Loss statements to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Liaise with national and own-brand vendors to drive negotiations and build strong relationships.
  • Develop pricing and margin strategies aligned with market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and product reference data within the team.
Your Requirements
  • A strong background in womenswear with experience managing high-profile brands and categories.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding financial KPIs, including driving sales growth with a focus on profitability.
  • Commercial buying experience with successful trading of large clothing categories in terms of revenue and volume options.
