Senior Womenswear Creative Director

The Senior Fashion Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping seasonal product direction for delivering cohesive collections that balance creativity, commerciality, and brand DNA.
This role will work closely with the Product & Sourcing Manager to connect creative vision with operational excellence ensuring clarity, precision, and business goals alignment.
The ideal candidate will bring a confident creative point of view, a strong understanding of womenswear design, denim, and ability to translate global trends into aesthetic while respecting heritage to bring core message to life: making big impressions out of everyday moments.
We design effortless, elevated wardrobe staples that embody Australian lifestyle. Our collections are designed for weekend, focusing on high-quality finishes, responsible production, better basics, and denim.
We are entering an exciting new chapter - growing distribution, repositioning our brand, and elevating product. Design sits at the heart of this transformation.
About the Role- 5+ years experience in womenswear design, ideally with denim and cut'n'sew expertise.
