Planning Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Planning team in delivering market-leading products and capabilities.

  • Support the planning process, including project/resource forecasting and actuals tracking.
  • Analyze data to identify key trends and insights.
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage external/third-party resources and services.
  • Ensure timesheet compliance and other capacity/demand-related projects.
About the Job

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organizational/time management skills, and effective communication/customer management skills.

You will work closely with Finance and Portfolio Delivery/Development teams to ensure alignment and effective project management.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Strong background in data analysis/reporting, preferably as an analyst.
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer management/analytics/reporting skills, communicating complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, balancing priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (written/oral), building productive relationships.
