As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and upholding the high standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Beer and Wine Pairings: Provide recommendations on beer and wine pairings, smoked dishes, and milkshakes to enhance our guests' dining experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to ensure smooth operations, maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas, and uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Qualifications
    • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
    • Knowledge and passion for beer, smoked food, and milkshakes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Positive and team-oriented attitude.
    • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
