Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain functions within Queensland operations.

  • Oversee production planning, operational procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing across the state.
  • Own and deliver the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across QLD operations.
  • Lead the QLD Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance supply and demand.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and traceability across QLD sites.
  • Manage production scheduling and planning accuracy for all Queensland manufacturing operations.
  • Lead logistics and warehouse coordination across QLD, ensuring efficient distribution, freight management, and DIFOT performance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, or logistics within FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership in a state-based or multi-site environment.
  • Strong ERP/MRP system skills with a focus on planning and inventory accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
