Supply Chain Leader Opportunity

This is a rare chance to develop and deliver tailored supply chain solutions that bring real value to major energy operators.

You will work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer to design models that demonstrate both customer value and business potential.

The focus includes managing inventory, warehousing, and distribution to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and unlock operational resilience.

The Role

As the Supply Chain Business Lead, your mission is to develop data-driven, value-led proposals that solve real customer problems—backed by commercial insight and operational credibility.

You will build strong relationships with senior supply chain stakeholders, lead internal analysis, and present complex concepts persuasively to customers.

This is a strategic, hands-on position for someone who enjoys designing solutions, shaping commercial offerings, and guiding customers through a collaborative change journey.

What You Bring

  • A strong background in senior supply chain roles—ideally across industrial or high-efficiency environments.
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex concepts and present them persuasively to customers.
  • A balanced approach to decision making, combining data-driven analysis with sound commercial judgement.
  • High resilience and proven capability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while driving outcomes.
  • A relevant degree is preferred (supply chain, logistics, engineering, commerce or similar). Postgraduate study such as an MBA or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous but not essential.
