About the Role

The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain activities, driving an agile, customer-focused, and sustainable operating model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve supply chain policies and procedures, aligning with our company's vision for the future.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance productivity and streamline processes, leveraging best practices.
- Lead a team responsible for managing the supply chain function, setting objectives and defining development plans for direct reports.
- Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes and projects, utilizing industry-leading methods and tools.
- Oversee the optimization of warehouses and logistics operations, negotiating contracts with suppliers on national and international levels.
- Foster relationships with freight forwarders and other business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Job Requirements:
- A degree in business administration or related field is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in establishing and executing a supply chain framework and strategy, with a 'hands-on' leadership style that fosters diverse teams within the region.
- Strong analytical skills, combining financial and non-financial information to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, building effective working relationships across various levels and functions.
