HR Advisor

About the role

The HR Projects role supports the delivery of strategic HR initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, engagement and performance. The position ensures business priorities are translated into well-defined projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of HR projects aligned to the HR Balanced Plan. Develop project scope, timelines, milestones, and success measures. Manage change to ensure adoption.
• Provide HR generalist advice and support to leaders for key initiatives. Partner on performance, workforce planning, and engagement strategies.
• Support key HR events, reporting, and presentations. Coordinate administrative activities including processing invoices, purchasing goods/services, scheduling for HR leaders, and preparing reports/presentations
• Monitor HR systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance. Maintain up-to-date HR records and undertake general housekeeping of HR files and databases.

Functional/ Technical Skills & Competencies

• 3-4 years generalist Human Resources experience
• Solid background in HR related activities including recruitment, training and development, performance management and/or industrial relations
• High-level computer literacy –Microsoft office suite
• Strong written and verbal English grammar, spelling, punctuation, usage and pronunciation
• Attention to detail and Maintain confidentiality

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in HR project management and/or change management, ideally within a complex business environment.
• Proven HR generalist experience across multiple HR disciplines (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, ER/IR, engagement).
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with senior leaders and managing stakeholder relationships.
